In the Mystic Slots app, tap the Monthly $500 Drawing icon on the bottom left of the main screen. Fill out the entry form with your first name, last name and email address. You can enter once a day through 5 pm Pacific time on the 29th of the month. We’ll draw a winner on the 29th of every month* through the end of September.
*The February drawing will take place February 28, 2025.
